RULE 265. All bridles for removing strongbacks or beams from hatch coamings shall be of sufficient length so that the strongbacks can be slung without necessitating climbing out on them to do so; shackles or toggles are recommended for handling strongbacks - cargo slings or lumber slings shall not be used.
