BC Maritime Employers Association  ~  ILWU - Canada Safety Regulations Governing Vessels at British Columbia Ports As approved by Joint Industry Labour Relations Committee on March 21, 1997 These Safety Regulations shall apply in addition to all requirements of The Canada Shipping Act and the applicable Tackle Regulations.
