ILWU CANADA
ELECTIONS RESULTS

The Balloting Committee, which was struck at the ILWU Canada 37th Convention, concluded counting the ballots on June 3, 2024. The ILWU Canada Executive Board will meet on a date to be determined and the new Officers will be sworn in for the next two (2) year term. We wish to take this opportunity to thank all those who served in the last two years and congratulate the incoming Officers and Trustee.

PRESIDENT

No candidate for President has polled fifty percent (50%) plus one (1). As per the ILWU Canada Constitution, a Run-Off Ballot shall be held between Rob Ashton and Pat Bolen, the two candidates polling the highest number of votes.

1ST VICE PRESIDENT – Tom Doran (502-New Westminster)

2ND VICE PRESIDENT – Dan Kask (502-New Westminster)
(Elected by Acclamation)

3RD VICE PRESIDENT – Jessica Isbister (502-New Westminster)
(Elected by Acclamation)

SECRETARY TREASURER – Bob Dhaliwal (502-New Westminster)

In addition to the above, a Longshore Trustee was elected for a 4 year term.
