May Day: International Workers Day Rally & Celebration

The Vancouver and District Labour Council is hosting a May Day rally and celebration on May 1, 2026 in honour of International Workers Day. See the details below:

We are excited to celebrate International Workers’ Day (May Day) this year with a march, a rally, and an event at the Russian Hall!

4:00PM: Rally at Victory Square
4:30PM: March to the Russian Hall
5:00PM: Celebration at the Russian Hall

The event will feature speakers, music, comedy, food, union & community booths, and more! All welcome/ all ages.

We also encourage participation in the Vancouver Heritage Foundation & BC Labour Heritage Centre celebration of the Vancouver Labour Temple.
