No Means No! VDLC Campaign to Protect Vancouver’s Public Services
The Vancouver District Labour Council (VDLC) recently shared a campaign against the City of Vancouver’s proposed ‘zero means zero’ budget for 2026. A zero percent tax increase inevitably means fewer programs, reduced hours, longer wait times, and more pressure on the services people rely on every day. Workers in Vancouver are fighting back, saying ‘no means no’ to the ‘zero means zero’ proposed budget.
