Now is the time to send a strong message to Premier Clark that we can and must put an end to poverty wages. It’s time to raise BC’s minimum wage to $15/hr.

Eighty-two percent of British Columbians agree that if you work full-time you shouldn’t live in poverty. But Premier Clark and the BC Liberal government have chosen to leave workers nearly $6000 below the poverty line. When workers live in poverty, we all pay the price.

You can make a difference.

On April 15th, come together with workers across Canada to fight for a fair minimum wage, a wage that will lift workers above the poverty line.

April 15th is Canada’s first National Day of Action for $15/hr. Events will be happening in dozens of cities across the nation from Vancouver to Moncton.

Join us to send Christy Clark and the BC Liberal Government the message that low pay is not okay.

When: Friday, April 15th
Where: At the sails at Canada Place, 999 Canada Pl, Vancouver
Time: 5:00 pm, speakers at 5:30 pm
What: rally, speakers, performers, photo ops and a fabulously fun after-party at Rogue Wetbar

Bring your friends, family and colleagues. RSVP on FACEBOOK or on our website.

Looking forward to seeing you on Friday.
